Health and Safety Training

European laws establish that employers have the obligation to train their employees on health and safety on the workplace. In particular the workers must be trained on the concept of risk and hazard, prevention, protection and organization of corporate prevention, duties and rights of the personnel, specific risks linked to each work and possible injuries.

Training sessions must be scheduled for newly hired workers or for workers subject to a change of duties or place of work. Periodic refreshment courses must also be scheduled for all personnel, with specific sessions for the Emergency Team, Managers, Company Safety Representatives.

The courses can take place in an authorized school or at the workplace, but they must be held by an authorized teacher with appropriate training and certifications.
